How to change Letterhead in Lotus Notes

We can add a graphic at the top of the email message, the way display a graphic on top of an email message (letterhead) we can choose first. How to change Letterhead in Lotus Notes?

Lotus Notes is provided in its templete for Letterhead facilities, so we can be varying in accordance with our wishes. If you want to change the letterhead in Lotus Notes, please follow the steps below. Letterhead change the mail client is very easy and quick steps.

Below is a Step-by-step procedure to change the letterhead in Lotus Notes :

1. First of all open Lotus Notes by double clicking Notes icon
2. After Lotus Notes open, it will be prompted for a password. We enter the password
3. Now select "Tools"
4. Now in addition Tools select "Preferences"
5. Click Letterhead
6. Select the letterhead you want, there are many options as you wish. You can choose several types of Letterhead, that is : Tape, Teal and Yellow Lines, Three Dimensional Relief, Torn Paper, Triangle with Dots, Triangle, Wild Confetti and others
7. Click OK

After we select the according letterhead above steps, the letterhead will appear on the email message when we create a new email message.

Note : If we do not want to use the letterhead does not exist, in step 6 select "Plain Text".
