I have a problem about Microsoft Office Outlook on Laptop Toshiba Satellite M200. I will integrate Gmail (google mail) to Microsoft Office Outlook on the Laptop. On the Laptop Toshiba Satellite M200 has installed Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Windows XP Operating System.

When Microsoft Office Outlook running out error message "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable". And there are three options presented are : Retry, Work Offline and Cancel. The third of these options can not be directed to enter into the Microsoft Office Outlook, the message is as follows :

RETRY got me the same error message
CANCEL, well, it cancelled and closed the program
WORK OFFLINE gave me the following error, before closing the program

I did was uninstall Microsoft Office Outlook, then I install Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. I hope to upgrade from 2003 to 2007 will resolve the problem, but the error "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable" is still visible when I run Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.

After that I do is go to Control Panel then select Email and then select the Email account and then delete the old email profile. After the profile is deleted, then open Microsoft Office Outlook and create a new profile. When I open Microsoft Office Outlook error message "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable" is no longer appear. With the completion of this problem, I was able to integrate Gmail into Microsoft Office Outlook.

How to integrate Gmail into Microsoft Office Outlook? maybe I'll deal with it in the next post. My Gmail account has been integrated into Microsoft Office Outlook. I think Gmail (google mail) is the best free email when present, because the capacity Gmail is almost unlimited and Gmail supports POP3 and IMAP full. POP3 function enables the user to be able to download all the email contents to the hard disk via an email client program. See you next time :)
