Changing Password in Lotus Notes 8.5

I've been using Lotus Notes 8.5 for email needs work at the office. Lotus Notes 8.5 look cool and elegant and I like the look, view the beginning loading when opening Lotus Notes 8.5 as shown beside. 

Changing email password should be done periodically to keep us awake email security, and not easily give way to hack other people. In a previous post I explained how to change the password of Lotus Notes 5. This time Sefendi Blog will share about changing password in Lotus Notes 8.5.

Below is a step by step procedure to change the password in Lotus Notes 8.5 :

1. First of all open Lotus Notes by double clicking Notes icon
2. After Lotus Notes open, it will be prompted for a password. We enter the password
3. After Lotus Notes open. Click on File
4. Select Security
5. Under Security select User Security
6. After selecting User Security, following pop up screen would be prompted
7. Now enter your current password and click on Login Button as shown in below screenshot
8. After entering the correct password, following screen would be prompted
9. Click on Change Password Button displayed in above screen
10. You will be asked again to enter your current password. After entering your current password. Click on the Login Button
11. After entering your current password you will be navigated to the Change Password screen as shown in below screenshot
12. A pop up message would be displayed to confirm that your password has been changed successfully
